We have completely overhauled the CCC web site. The new site is much more interactive and lets you, the CCC member, contribute content somewhere other than just the message boards. We have also overhauled and replaced the membership system and integrated it into the site as well. CCC members (current and expired) can log in with their old amember username and password - if you forgot your password, use the "request password" link to get a new one.

New features:

• See your membership information in real time - click "My account" then the "CCC Member" tab
• User Blogs for all CCC members - write up a trip report, speak your mind about something, your blog is available at http://carolinaclimbers.org/blogs/<your user name>
• Photo galleries - post up your photos, see them in fancy slideshow format
• Comments - images, blogs, and lots of content items now support comments. It's not just about the forums anymore.
• Enhanced climbing area info - now each area pulls in all the content in the site that has been tagged with that area name, see blog posts, pictures, etc. and discover all the awesome climbing in the Carolinas
• Electronic Asheboro passes - when you create or renew your CCC membership and pay with a credit card, you will get a receipt that includes your Asheboro pass and the gate information. Print it and head out, no more waiting for mail to arrive
• Automated membership renewals - we'll send you an email when it's close to time to renew and we can now do it in fancier ways
• Integrated message boards - the forums are now integrated into the website - same look and feel and no need to have an amember and a forum username and password, it's all in one place.
• New platform - we're now using Drupal and CiviCRM to drive the site, giving us a lot of power, membership management, fund raising capabilities and flexibility. We're setting the stage for some cool stuff down the road

You don't have to be a CCC member to create an account, but your membership supports climbing access in North and South Carolina and we would really like to have your support. Our members are the biggest source of revenue for the CCC and allow us to support access throughout the Carolinas.

If you are not a member, click the Join the CCC link and create an account when you join. If you just want to create an account, use the link in the User login box on the main page.
