\n \n By registering your information in th
is waiver\, you agree to the following: If you cho
ose to hike or climb at Raven Rock\, you are volun
tarily assuming all risk of injury or death. The “
Property Owners” of Raven Rock\, as well as the Ca
rolina Climbers Coalition\, make no claim as to th
e safety\, stability or suitability of the Propert
ies for any use\, including hiking\, bouldering\,
or rock climbing. Hiking\, bouldering\, and rock c
limbing are all dangerous activities with unforese
eable risks. Furthermore\, the Properties are know
n to be primitive and dangerous with possibility o
f injury or death from any number of sources inclu
ding\, but not limited to\, wildlife\, steep cliff
faces\, feature instability\, rock fall\, snakes\
, bears\, insects\, disease\, environment factors\
, weather\, etc. Fixed anchors (bolts\, webbing\,
fixed lines) on the property are not inspected and
not maintained\, and are not guaranteed to be saf
e. As a climber\, it is your sole responsibility t
o ensure that any fixed anchors you are using are
in safe condition. Use of fixed anchors is at your
own risk. The Property Owners or the Carolina Cli
mbers Coalition assume no responsibility or liabil
ity for potential harm to any user of the trail or
property for any reason. Trail users and climber
s agree to hold harmless and indemnify the “Proper
ty Owners” and the Carolina Climbers Coalition fro
m any claim resulting from access to the property
as granted by this trail.
