Let's celebrate this great new access!

Last year, we worked with Rocky Fork State Park to open the Whitehouse Cliffs to climbing! Expect 1-2 pitch climbs, 5.6-5.12, mostly traditional but some sport or mixed, all on stark white quartzite. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL COME WITH A FIRST EVER TOPO OF THE NEW ROUTES AT WHITEHOUSE! In addition to this registartion, you will need to fill out a daily climbing permit with TN State Parks.

This event will be an 'access celebration' lead by Rocky Fork enthuisiast Curtis Baird. Curtis will give beta on routes and the CCC will provide a first ever topo to some of the routes at Whitehouse. All proceeds will go to supporting our access and stewardship inititives. Curtis will be in the lot around 9:00AM but we recommend coming around 8:30 to ensure a parking space. Please carpool if possible!

Meet at the Rocky Fork State Park Trailhead. 2117-2177 Rocky Fork Rd. Flag Pond, TN. Consult a map before going. GPS gets weird leading to the parking lot.

Disclaimer: All climbing will be at your own risk, lead by you or someone else in your party. The CCC, as well as Curtis, are not climbing instructors. Please bring your own gear for climbing activities and please know that the CCC does not lead climbing activities. We hope for this to be a great, small group event where climbers can meet up and share experiences. Beginners welcome, just be sure you have someone with you that can lead and or belay. Helmets are mandatory. Many routes were just put up this season and rock can break.
