Let's celebrate this new access area!

Last year, we worked with Table Rock State Park to open the Pumpkintown Wall to climbing! Expect 1-4 pitch climbs, 5.6-5.12, mostly traditional but some sport or mixed, all on perfect granite. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL COME WITH THE PUMPKINTOWN MINI GUIDE!

This event will be an 'access celebration' lead by PUMPKINTOWN enthuisiast and CCC President Tom Caldwell. Tom will give beta on routes, info on access, history of the park and C4, ethics, and the CCC will provide a first ever topo to some of the routes at Pumpkintown. One lucky participant will recieve a framed topo of Table Rock Main Face, created by Tom Caldwell. All proceeds will go to supporting our access and stewardship inititives. Cook out will follow the tour and community climbing day and will take place at the White Oaks Pavilion at the parking area.

Meet at the White Oaks Trailhead inside Table Rock State Park. Expect a 2 mile hike on the new CCC- built trail.

Disclaimer: All climbing will be at your own risk, lead by you or someone else in your party. The CCC, as well as Tom, are not climbing instructors. Please bring your own gear for climbing activities and please know that the CCC does not lead climbing activities. We hope for this to be a great, small group event where climbers can meet up and share experiences. Beginners welcome, just be sure you have someone with you that can lead and or belay. Helmets are wise. Many routes were just put up this season and rock can break.
