Vendor and Sponsorship Opportunities

Vendors will have the opportunity to get face time with our amazing community at NC Climbers Fest. Vendors will set up a table in the vendor village and engage festival participants in a game. Participants will play games to earn raffle tickets. This brings folks to your table and keeps them there!

Please read the vendor and sponsor letter and reach out to aandrade@carolinaclimbers.org to sign up as a vendor or sponsor.

FAQs

What games will be happening during the festival?

From 3pm to 7pm is our game time back at Jomeokee Campground. Each vendor is expected to come with a game to play (each game should only take a minute or two). Play the games, get a raffle ticket for a chance to win great prizes!

What about Rain?

This is a rain or shine event. Please come prepared for the weather.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are allowed at the Campground. There are two other dogs that roam on the campground, a german shepard (Sofie) and a border collie (Cindy) both very friendly. Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock State Park allow dogs on leashes.

I am a beginner climber and would like to attend, will you guide me up the rock?

All climbing activities are at your own risk. If you wish for a professional guide service, we recommend taking one of the clinics offered by professional guides. The CCC or its volunteers are not a guide service, however, we welcome new climbers. It is highly likely that if you follow the group of folks headed to the rock for community climbing, you will find climbing partners. Community climb-time is not a professional service, not sponsored or promoted by the CCC, and climbing is at your own risk.

Is carpooling required?

There is plenty of parking at the campground, but try to Carpool to the crag if you can.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is allowed at Jomeokee campground for individuals over 21 years old. We will have beer, Kombucha, and other non-alcoholic beverages for purchase during the festival in the campground. Alcohol is NOT allowed at Pilot Mountain State Park.

Can I bring my kids?

This festival will be fun for all ages.

How does camping work?

Dispersed Camping is included with the registration for Saturday night. This is camping in an open field, with a community fire pit. If you'd like to have your own spot, or bring a camper/trailer please visit jomeokeecampground.com to book a site. Do not wait, they will go fast. If you would like to arrive early and camp Friday night, please book a campsite at jomeokeecampground.com.
