Fri, June 2nd

• 6 PM: Camping and registration starts

Sat, June 3rd

• 9 AM - 1 PM: Stewardship work day 
• 1:30PM-?: Community climbing
• 5 PM - 10 PM: Party, dyno competition, raffle, membership drive for CACC and CCC. 

Sun, June 4th

• 9 AM - 3 PM: Community Climbing 

Registration Includes

• Event t-shirt (first come first serve)
• 1 meal ticket for dinner Saturday night
• 1 drink ticket
• Access to Saturday night dyno competition
• Access to raffle with great prizes
• Access to community climbing
• Support of two amazing Local Climbing Organizations!
• No Dogs allowed at Hidden Valley. Sorry!

• Camping Address: Camping and the festival center is located on private land 1 mile below the Hidden Valley Parking lot.  8212 Hidden Valley Rd. Abingdon, VA 24210

• All attendees must acquire their own access permit. Permits can be acquired here: https://dwr.virginia.gov/
• *NOTE: this event is a fundraiser for the CCC and the CACC. If the event is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions or other circumstances, refunds will not be issued and your registration fee will be taken as a donation to the CCC and CACC.*
• All climbing activities are set up on your own and at your own risk. CCC or CACC are not climbing guide organizations and will not be leading, organizing, or guiding climbing activities. Please bring your own climbing gear and bring your own ability to lead your climbing day. "Community climbing" is a time where individual climbers share beta and occasionally share ropes but this is not an organized group climbing activity and not organized by CCC or CACC. This is not a formal instructional time. Please come fully prepared to set up your own ropes if you plan to climb. Please bring all of your own equipment.
