Event Schedule
9:00 AM: Attendees will meet at Riveter and carpool to Raven Rock. Although this carpool is not mandatory for attendance, carpooling is highly encouraged. If you have a car that can fit multiple passengers, please consider coming to the Riveter to use it as a carpool.
10:00 AM meet at Raven Rock, morning refreshments provided by the Riveter crew.
10:15AM: Presentation on Raven Rock and Hickory Creek Boulders land management by CCC/ ribbon cutting
10:45 AM: Tour of the area by local experts, followed by community climbing at Raven Rock. Please note that climbing activities are not lead by the Riveter or the Carolina Climbers Coalition. Equipment or climbing instruction is not provided by Riveter or Carolina Climbers Coalition. All climbing is at your own risk and recreational. There are a handful of 5.8-5.10 traditional routes, and many 5.11-5.13 sport, trad, and mixed routes at Raven. There are also boulders. Come prepped with your own gear and enjoy!
4:00 PM: Carpool back to Riveter

5:00 PM-?: Access celebration with pizza from Piezaa and beer at the Riveter. CCC fundraiser for Raven Rock access.
