Join us for our 8th Annual Night at the Climbing Museum inside Black Dome Mountain Sports' Carolina Climbing Museum in Asheville, NC.
Known by many as the "CCC Holiday Party", the evening will feature a slideshow by climbing pioneer Tom Howard, the NC premiere of Heath Rowland's "The Illness", a raffle with amazing prizes provided by Black Dome and many wonderful sponsors, silent auction, and more.
You won't want to miss Tom's slideshow! Tom was a prolific explorer, claiming first ascents on many of our now classic climbs. Linn Cove Lullaby and Edge of a Dream at Ship, Air Show and Zoo View at Moores, Dopey Duck and Straight and Narrow at Short Off; these lines were the work of Tom Howard!
Heath Rowland's "The Illness" tells the story of a group of Southeast climbers in their attempt to free an aid route deep in the Western mountains. Watch the trailer here.
