The Membership Coordination Board Member plays a supportive role in fostering engagement, retention, and growth within the organization's membership base. Working closely with the Marketing and Events Director, this individual assists in implementing strategies for recruitment, onboarding, and continuous engagement efforts.
Key responsibilities include supporting the maintenance of accurate membership records, assisting with member outreach initiatives, and providing input on programs or events designed to enhance member involvement. This board member collaborates with other leadership roles to align membership initiatives with the organization’s mission and long-term goals. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are vital to effectively contribute to these efforts. This board member will also serve on the Fundraising and Membership Committee, meeting quarterly.
By actively supporting the Marketing and Events Director and other team members, the Membership Coordination Board Member helps maintain a thriving and engaged membership community. This is a volunteer position.
