Protectors Program - 2019

The CCC, in partnership with Rab, Petzl, Scarpa, Joey Henson Art, Nicolas Colquitt Art, Ground Up Collective, and Ground Up Publishing, are proud to continue the Protectors Program. If you love the fact that the CCC has protected or created public access to areas like Laurel Knob, Buckeye Knob, Hidden Valley, Asheboro Boulders, Big Rock, Buffalo Creek, Eagle Rock, Rumbling Bald, Gerton Ice, Melrose Mountain, Sauratown, then this program is for you. If you love the fact that through the CCC, climbers have a unified voice for access to public and private lands, conservation education, bolt replacement, resource management, and trail work, then this program is for you. For individuals that enroll in the program, know that 100% of your donation will go directly to conservation, stewardship, and acquisitions of climbing resources. We recorded 1600+ hours of on-the-ground volunteer stewardship efforts at climbing areas in NC, SC, and VA in 2018 and have opened three new climbing areas in the last year. Your contribution directly supports these efforts. Learn more and join our efforts here.
