This form is intended to be used as a tool by volunteers to identify and repair or replace fixed climbing hardware. Please include photos of the hardware that you are reporting. All hardware replacement efforts are done solely by volunteer efforts. Reporting suspect hardware in no way guarantees that the hardware in question will be repaired or replaced. The CCC maintains a database of hardware replacement efforts on its website.
